TMBPA

TMBPA is a non-emissive tertiary amine catalyst mainly used in flexible and semi-flexible molded and rigid foams. 


DMDEE

6425-39-4

 DMDEE is a special tertiary amine mainly used in one-component rigid PU foams.  It also finds usage in soft foams, semi-rigid foams, CASE materials. 

DMAEE

1704-62-7

 DMAEE is a reactive polyurethane catalyst with low odor, mainly used in rigid polyurethane foam, high resilience toy foam, and has a special effect on foam surface curing.  

Triazine

15875-13-5

 Triazine catalyst is a highly active trimerization catalyst for rigid polyurethane foam with excellent foaming/gelling capability, often used together with other catalysts.  

DPA

10507-78-5

 DPA is a low-odor, low-emissive tertiary amine catalyst used in a variety of PU foam applications, such as flexible foam, rigid foam, elastomer and RIM systems.  

TMAEEA

2212-32-0

TMAEEA is a low-odor reactive gel catalyst, mainly used in polyether PU flexible foam catalyst, molded foam, semi-rigid foam and rigid foam, esp recommended for automative foam

PMDPA

3855-32-1

PMDPA is suitable for a wide variety of PU foams, mainly in automotive seats and headrests, polyether slabs and rigid foams.  It is sometimes used as a partial substitute for triethylenediamine. 


Epoxy curatives

N4 amine

N4 amine is typically used as a low-cost replacement for higher ethyleneamines, such as triethylenetetramine and pentaethylenetetramine.  N4 amine is a colorless aliphatic amine liquid that contains branching, cyclic and linear molecules.  It is a premier epoxy curing agent that accelerates the curing process.  It can also be used as a corrosion inhibitor.

DEAPA

104-78-9

DEAPA contains both a primary and a tertiary amine functionality.  As a result, it is mainly used an epoxy hardner in epoxy adhesives and coatings.  DEAPA has a low viscosity and can be easily formulated with other polyamines.

H12MDA

1761-71-3

H12MDA is a liquid cycloaliphatic amine mainly used as a curing agent for epoxy resin and epoxy composites.  It enables fast cure without lowering the mechanical properties of the final epoxy products.  Another benefit is its long pot life at even moderate temperatures due to steric hinderance of the molecule.  H12MDA can be modified chemically as well to adapt to a wide variety of applications.

Hydrogenated Bisphenol A

Epoch's hydrogenated bisphenol A is a high purity solid.  It has excellent resistance against heat and UV due to its fully saturated structure in its chemical structure.  Hydrogenated bisphenol A can be used as a raw material for UV resitant coatings.

DGA

DGA is a colorless, water soluble liquid.  It is the most common amine solution in the amine purification unit or gas sweetening unit to absorb carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide.  DGA has a low vapor pressure and is economically more affordable than traditional monoethanolamine.  

MOPA

 γ-Methoxy propyl amine is used in mineral flotation agent, also synthetic dyestuff intermediates and corrosion inhibitor. 

TMEDA

110-18-9

 TMEDA is a moderately active foaming catalyst, with balance of foaming/gelling, which can be used in hot molding flexible foam, semi-rigid and rigid polyurethane foam to promote surface curing, and can be used as a cocatalyst with triethylenediamine (TEDA).
